Product Overview

The latest generation ZTJ series special slurry pumps for mineral processing are newly developed centrifugal slurry pumps by our company. They integrate the advantages of slurry pumps from both domestic and foreign sources, featuring excellent wear resistance, high efficiency, and no leakage. The horizontal pump shaft seal adopts a combined type of auxiliary impeller dynamic seal and mechanical seal, completely solving the problem of shaft seal leakage. They are the ideal updated and replaced products for existing slurry pumps.

The product structure includes horizontal double-shell pumps, horizontal single-shell pumps, and vertical single-shell pumps, etc. The impeller has different structures such as closed impellers, open impellers, and semi-open impellers according to different working conditions, meeting the requirements of various working environments.

Material

High-chromium wear-resistant cast iron (KmTBCr28): High wear resistance, resistant to weak acids and strong alkalis

Wear-resistant ceramics: High wear resistance, resistant to corrosion

A49 material: Suitable for power plant desulfurization

Application

Mining and processing industry:

Metal ores (iron ore, gold ore, copper ore, etc.) beneficiation plants for slurry feed and transportation of various concentrates, tailings, and various process materials;

Non-metallic ores (phosphate ore, etc.) beneficiation plants for slurry feed and transportation of various concentrates, tailings, and various process materials;

Transportation of abrasive slurries in steel mills, titanium dioxide, iron red powder, phosphate fertilizer, potassium fertilizer production processes.

Non-ferrous metal smelting industry: Particularly suitable for various corrosive ores used in wet smelting processes of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, tin, rare earth, etc.
