The YZ type submersible slurry pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump structure. The impeller is a semi-open type impeller, and stirring blades are set at the extended part of the suction edge of the impeller.

These two series of pumps are mainly used for pumping concentrated liquids, thick oils, oil residues, turbid liquids, slurries, cement pastes, flowing sands, and flowing sludge in urban sewage channels, as well as liquids containing coal ash and slag. It can also be used as a pump for extracting fluids containing sand and debris and corrosive liquids in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Structure Explanation

The YZ type pump is of a single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered structure. The hydraulic components of the pump are connected by bearing housings, support seats, and connecting pipes. The liquid is discharged through the discharge pipe components. The impeller of the pump is a semi-open type, and there are stirring blades at the inlet extension of the impeller blades. The main feature of this pump is that the pump shaft in the submersible part has sufficient rigidity. There are no bearings between the impeller and the pump casing, and no shaft seal is used. It can be used to convey media containing large concentrations of solid particles. The length of the liquid suction below the pump is between 800 and 2000. If necessary, an intake pipe can be equipped. The shaft seal uses the liquid to insert into the liquid for operation, without a shaft seal. The transmission is by a vertical motor installed on the motor support and support seat, connected to the pump via a coupling.
