Product Overview

The ZJL type is a single-stage, single-suction, vertical centrifugal slurry pump. This series of pumps adopts the advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory in the international community and is designed based on the principle of minimum loss. The geometric shapes of its flow components are in line with the flow state of the medium, reducing local and along-the-course hydraulic losses caused by vortex and impact, thereby reducing the wear of the flow components, improving the hydraulic efficiency, and lowering the operating noise and vibration. The flow components of this series of pumps are made of high-hardness alloy cast iron, and their material has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, thus increasing their lifespan.

The ZJL type slurry pump generally works submerged in a pool or pit, without any shaft seal or shaft seal water. The long-shaft series submersible pumps can be applied to working conditions with deeper liquid levels. This type of pump is suitable for industries such as mining, metallurgy, power, coal, chemical, and building materials, for transporting abrasive and corrosive slurries containing solid particles. The maximum weight concentration of the solid-liquid mixture: 45% for slurry and 60% for mineral slurry.
